This strain has hypnotic powers that immediately affect your system. It can help you relax the entire day, instantly calming your nerves and making you feel drowsy.

MK Ultra is an Indica-dominant cannabis strain named after Project MK Ultra – the CIA conducted mind-manipulating experiments on civilians and government officials during the 1950s. 

MK Ultra is a potent Indica marijuana strain made by crossing OG Kush with G13. This strain produces fast-acting euphoric effects and is best when strong medication is desired. MK Ultra was bred by T.H. Seeds and won 1st place in Indica at the High Times Cannabis Cup in 2003 and 2nd place in 2004. The plant's short stature facilitates indoor growing, and its above-average yield delivers particularly sticky, dense, aromatic flowers. MK Ultra is classified as one of the heaviest Indica hybrids and induces potent and hypnotic cerebral effects.

Taos Mountain Budz's head cultivator, the Wizard, had 10-year-old seeds straight from the award-winning Amsterdam breeders; T.H. Seeds. Not sure if they were going to sprout, we were pleasantly surprised when they did, and we were able to produce our two phenotypes of MK Ultra.

So now we are blessed to have two phenotypes of MK Ultra. The first phenotype is the original MK Ultra, and the MK Ultra #2 phenotype is a variant of the original that was surprisingly distinct. We grew the same strain and came up with two different types of cannabis, both solid and euphoric Indicas, but with varying levels of THC and their own unique terpenes. The MK Ultra strain is a favorite of Taos Mountain Budz and will continue to be a cornerstone strain.
